My name is Jaslyn Elizabeth, I am a wife, mother, photographer and makeup artist. I have been doing photography since I was 15 but, it was always scenic photography. I got into taking photos for people in 2020 and have fallen in love! I am a super shy person when you first meet me so, I never knew I had what it took to take people's photos. Once I get behind that camera though, it all goes away. I absolutely love it, I love getting to go exploring with my clients and capturing their most precious memories. We met in July 2018, when I (Lance) killed Liz in a game of assassins at a friend’s house (don’t ask her about it, she’s still bitter). I have the most amazing memories from childhood of being cuddled up with my Granny going through old pictures. The joy and nostalgia that came from those old film photos where everything. My favorite part was always looking up at my Granny as she got lost in each individual memory, seeing her face shape shift in moments of grief over the past and then instant joy because she knew that she could relive that moment as long as she had those photos. Every time I pick up my camera I strive to create tangible moments that will last a lifetime.

Right after graduating from CSU Sacramento in 2012 (with a BA in Photography, might I add!), I did photography as a side-hustle while working a couple of various jobs: part-time as a Summer camp counselor and full-time at a medical device company. After getting married in 2016, I moved to Modesto with my husband since he was working there at the time. Because of the move, I had to leave my jobs in the East Bay. I took this move to the Central Valley as a sign that I should do photography full-time. So, since 2017, I've been a full-time wedding photographer. We are now in beautiful Sonoma County!
