What began as a venture for pretty sentiments for family and friends, grew into what is now The Rising Dough bakery! It brings me so much joy that I get to play even a small role in so many special occasions! Custom cookies are very much a labor of love to me. I pour my heart and soul into the creation of these edible pieces of art—always with my clients’ vision in mind!

Creating hand crafted macarons in a variety of both classic and unique flavors, colors and designs. We offer both packaged and display options (whether it be as a wedding favor for your guests or a grand tower display during your reception), as well as printed details to make them uniquely yours!

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

The Sweet Cloud is a gourmet cotton candy cart service that spins organic cane sugar clouds that have all natural flavoring and no artificial coloring. Our clouds are unique in their flavors and in the toppings that we offer. Hi! My name is Lisa Taylor and I have always loved cotton candy and grew up in an entrepreneurial family. My parents were in the restaurant business for over 20 years so it’s only natural that I found my path in a fun cart business that serves up yummy clouds. I’m excited to offer you a unique service for your special day!
