My journey started in Australia. Love of photography and always searching for a new adventure let me do weddings, engagement, and many other aspects of photography. I have the most amazing memories from childhood of being cuddled up with my Granny going through old pictures. The joy and nostalgia that came from those old film photos where everything. My favorite part was always looking up at my Granny as she got lost in each individual memory, seeing her face shape shift in moments of grief over the past and then instant joy because she knew that she could relive that moment as long as she had those photos. Every time I pick up my camera I strive to create tangible moments that will last a lifetime.

Zoé Alexander is an award-winning Salt Lake City, Utah, based commercial photographer and video producer specializing in photographic digital stills & video images, high-end digital imaging, and video production professionally since 2000. She shoots under the umbrella of advertising agencies, celebrity portraits, and major publications along with the occasional weddings (because she's a romantic).

Right after graduating from CSU Sacramento in 2012 (with a BA in Photography, might I add!), I did photography as a side-hustle while working a couple of various jobs: part-time as a Summer camp counselor and full-time at a medical device company. After getting married in 2016, I moved to Modesto with my husband since he was working there at the time. Because of the move, I had to leave my jobs in the East Bay. I took this move to the Central Valley as a sign that I should do photography full-time. So, since 2017, I've been a full-time wedding photographer. We are now in beautiful Sonoma County!

I have been a trusted Maui family and wedding photographer since 2012. My photographic style combines clean looking portraits with soulful, moment-driven candids, resulting in photos that truly stand the test of time. I absolutely love creating memories for families that they can look back at and cherish forever.
