Located in the heart of downtown Lexington, our venue is perfect for a ceremony on the first floor, with a reception and celebration on the second. Your entire day can be held at our beautiful venue, while surrounded by gorgeous areas in our neighborhood.

The recently renovated Campbell House is conveniently located near downtown, four miles from Blue Grass Airport and Keeneland Racecourse, putting the best of Lexington at your doorstep. Visit the nearby Kentucky Horse Park, University of Kentucky, or one of the many local bourbon distilleries. Start your day at Outpost Cafe with a freshly brewed specialty coffee and end your night with live music and a flight at The Rackhouse Tavern.

Beautiful 5000 sq. ft. wedding barn with indoor heating and air conditioning. Our property includes an outdoor pavilion space connected to the barn for those couples who wish to have their ceremony outside and reception indoors. Rainy wedding day? That’s no issue! We have enough seating for 200 guests and include table linens and use of our in house decorations for free with your venue rental. The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.

My Old Kentucky Barn is a new venue in an old tobacco barn. The 1800’s barn is situated on over 50 acres on Main Street in Williamstown, Kentucky. Our owner John grew up in Williamstown and, along with his brother Mike, spent a lot of time painting the white board fence and planting Canna bulbs in the spring. John is only the fourth owner of the property in 180 years. The Webb Family were the longest running owners. In fact, they donated land from the property to form Webb Park to the south. John and Edna Risen purchased the property in 1976 and sold it to John over 15 years ago. There is so much history here and we are excited that others can now enjoy the barn. Even though the outside of the barn looks new, all of the old detail is still there on the inside. We know that brides and grooms will make great memories here with their families. It will also be the perfect venue for milestone birthday parties, reunions and other memorable events.

It has since served as a dairy, a school, and is now the center of The Meadow Lake Equestrian Center, our on-site multi-discipline full-service equestrian facility.
