Galyen Farms is a 4th generation "sustainable" family farm in Sheridan County, NE. "The Barns" were built in 1930 and have been home to horses, cattle, pigs and sheep. We grow organic, dry land grains and harbor a small butterfly and honeybee habitat. We live a farm to table lifestyle by tending to a large vegetable and herb garden, harvesting pheasant and deer from the land, and raising just enough grass fed beef to feed the family. We get other fresh products like pork, eggs and honey from neighbor farmers. We believe in simple living,
