Stableview Hall - Seats 300 An indoor ceremony and reception space originally built as a holding area for Thoroughbreds prior to auctions. Stableview Hall seats 300 guests and features exposed rafters, white brick walls, concrete floors, market lighting, original barn wood, bridal suites on-site, heating, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy. The Horseman's Lounge - Seats 125 An indoor ceremony and reception space. The Horseman's Lounge seats 125 guests and features hardwood floors, vintage chandelier, large original fireplace, heat and A/C, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy. The Paddock - Accommodates 200 An outdoor ceremony and reception space. The Paddock accommodates up to 200 guests for ceremony or cocktail hour and up to 150 guests for a seated reception. The Paddock features a whimsical archway entrance, wishing well, scenic view of rolling pastures, bridal suites on-site, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy.

Beautiful 5000 sq. ft. wedding barn with indoor heating and air conditioning. Our property includes an outdoor pavilion space connected to the barn for those couples who wish to have their ceremony outside and reception indoors. Rainy wedding day? That’s no issue! We have enough seating for 200 guests and include table linens and use of our in house decorations for free with your venue rental.

The Tucker Homestead is a beautiful historic home with history and elegance dating back to 1910. The setting is on a large farm that is surrounded by rolling hills and knob land. From the house, to the beautiful log cabin located adjacent to the house, large mature trees, landscaped grounds, the spacious patio with a fireplace makes a perfect setting and backdrop for your special day. An additional house is provided for the bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. The bride then comes to the Homestead house to get into her dress for first looks and photos. The groomsmen have a beautiful Log cabin to get ready in and await the time. There are different packages to accommodate your wedding guest list. Caron Tucker, the owner is on the grounds at all times to make sure your day is stress free and to make sure everything goes smoothly. The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.
