Sara Lee is the Executive Chef and Owner of Pensacola Cakes. Chef Sara is a Marine Veteran and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 and has worked under Michelin starred chef Bruno Davaillon as well as renowned cake artist Jenny Layne (as seen on Food Network and the Cooking Channel). She strives to create cakes that reflect the individuality and personality of each client by using creative designs and innovative techniques. Chef Sara artisanally crafts each design with love, passion, and inspiration.

Like so many others, 2020 was a rough year for us. My graphic design position had been dissolved in a sea of budget cuts and work-from-home orders. During a late night shopping bender, a cotton candy machine had been purchased. And, on a whim, our craft cotton candy business was born. We are Pensacola locals that love the opportunity craft cotton candy has given us to connect with our community. Not only do we get to share our love of cotton candy with others, but our customization options allow everyone to find flavors they love and craft favors they simply can’t get enough of!
