Opened as of April 2023, you'll find this property located right next to The Ohio State University. Thanks to this stellar location, it offers sweeping views of the campus. Host your festivities at Vitria on the Square in the Grand Ballroom. This sophisticated space has ceilings that soar 24 feet above the dance floor, creating an impressively airy feel no matter the size of your guest list. The ballroom is illuminated by natural sunlight that streams through floor-to-ceiling windows. It can comfortably seat up to 300 guests in a banquet-style setup with a dance floor. The Shepard Place is a rustic wedding venue located in Casstown, OH. This historic venue was built in 1920 and was run by the Shepard family for 90 years. The place acted as both the family’s trade and residence, and throughout the years, they created a wonderful site rich in memories and traditions.

The entire venue is yours, and this includes surround sound music (yes, you may cast up your own device!), 2 ideal photo backdrop walls, 8 tables, 30+ chairs, a lounge area, and free parking. The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!

Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. We have 2 bars, and 38 outside tables. Our front patio has a large stone gas fireplace and our back patio overlooks the pond.
