I was always the “designated family chef” and hosted all of our gatherings. I decided to share my passion for baking with my community. My husband and I moved to Middle Tennessee in 2023, where I reopened and have been overwhelmed with love and support. I craft every dessert with love. Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Weddings are my love! I have been happily married for 25 years and I enjoy helping couples and event planners achieve desirable cake designs with superb tastes full of moistness & flavor. I love to elevate events with statement making desserts! My skills include my positive attitude and honesty.

The Sweet Cloud is a gourmet cotton candy cart service that spins organic cane sugar clouds that have all natural flavoring and no artificial coloring. Our clouds are unique in their flavors and in the toppings that we offer. Hi! My name is Lisa Taylor and I have always loved cotton candy and grew up in an entrepreneurial family. My parents were in the restaurant business for over 20 years so it’s only natural that I found my path in a fun cart business that serves up yummy clouds.
