I enjoy baking, so when my daughter needed to raise funds for her missions trip we started "baking for a cause." Our baking endeavor to raise support for my daughter's missions trip has blossomed into my passion and a full bakery business! I have found something I really enjoy doing which also allows me to incorporate my creativity. Baking for me is more than just throwing together a few ingredients. For me, it is more about creating a new design or personalizing a product. It's about doing something for someone else! We are located in the Fresh Markets of Hershey-stop by and give our products a taste!

The Golden Whisk is a small brother/sister owned bakery that opened May 2021 in The Columbia Market ouse. After much success in such a short time span, The Golden Whisk opened its doors to its very first brick and mortar location in June 2022. The Golden Whisk prides itself on creating delicious, as well as aesthetically pleasing eye-catching desserts.

I first found a love for baking in middle school after watching The Cake Boss. I figured if he could do it why couldn’t I? After graduating high school in 2012 I immediately attended YTI in Lancaster, PA for Pastry Arts. It was there I was able to study under Susan Notter and her established pastry programs.

Most of my clients refer to my cakes as Rosie Cakes! I guess the nickname is deserved as I strive to please my customers with the tool kit I have been given. Art and design have been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember. My career choice has allowed me to use cake as my medium to display that gift.
