I started The Bun Bar in hopes of sharing my love of baking with others. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing happy customers and bringing people together to enjoy a sweet treat!

My passion for photography and weddings began when I was very young. I staged Barbie weddings, making their dresses from Kleenex, then snuck Mom’s camera to take pictures of them. I moved on to dressing up my little sister in a pillowcase veil, again sneaking Mom’s camera. When she got tired of me using up all her film, she brought home several Bride magazines from the free pile at the library and I spent hours reading them, then pinning pages of beautiful wedding dresses on the ceiling of my bedroom. Most days you can find me editing pictures at Starbucks, working on home projects with my husband, and probably drinking absurd amounts of sparkling water. I've lived in Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Iowa, and currently live in Northern Illinois so you could basically say my heart belongs to the Midwest. Meet Milwaukee’s PhDJ, DJ Fuzzy Logic®! Fuzzy Logic started DJing as the summer co-host of The Soul Patrol at 91.5 FM WECI in Richmond, Indiana. This was the late 80s, so DJs spun vinyl. We were heavily influenced by the nearby Dayton/Cincinnati scene, arguably the world capital of funk. Midnight Star, Zapp, Ohio Players, and Slave were big, but hip hop was exciting, and we were the only people to play it on local stations. Think Kool Moe Dee, LL, Tribe, Ice Cube, and BDP, throw in some New Jack Swing, and of course add a 60-minute Quiet Storm at the end.
