Hi! Courtney here (that's me on the left!). Shutter and Sound is the brainchild of renowned wedding videographer Ryan Geldermann. Ryan began his wedding videography career in 2010 in Los Angeles and quickly became recognized as one of the top videographers in the U.S.. After relocating to DC and still receiving countless inquiries from all corners of the country, Ryan decided to recruit and train a few talented friends so he could continue offering the quality wedding videography he’s known for in SoCal and eventually over 10 cities. Shutter and Sound is a very small group of filmmakers dedicated to turning your big day into a work of art.

We understand the importance of capturing the unique and beautiful moments of your special day. My goal is to make sure every video I create represents you as the couple exactly as you are and tells the story of your day in a way that preserves the emotion and memories for years to come. I love to work with people from all walks of life and am inclusive of every type of love story. As I grow in my art and in my business, I find myself leaning more and more toward authenticity. During your day, I want to capture your true selves, therefore I do very little posing or staging. I will gently guide you during couples portraits, or point you toward the best light, but other than that, I strive to be as unobstrusive as possible.

We’re Savannah and Mason Summers – a husband and wife videography team who have been married for almost 10 years, and working together even longer. In short – we love telling love stories. We believe that your wedding goes far beyond a celebration, it’s the foundation for your future as a husband and wife – and that’s the narrative we’re honored to tell through our work.

We are filmmakers capturing wedding films. Our style can be described as “documentary” with a lot of influences from high-end cinema and fashion. The wedding day itself has a lot of strong and emotional moments. So instead of staging, we focus on capturing these special moments that cannot be re-created. We always use a discreet approach while filming. Our goal is to be invisible and unobtrusive as possible at all times. We are guests with a camera. We believe this is the best way how to capture one of the most important days of your life.

Award-winning videographer Zach Strouse created Positive Vibe Media in 2015 after graduating from Salisbury University with a BA in Communications in Media Production & Psychology. Since then; Zach has filmed upwards of 100+ weddings along with producing hundreds of other videos which has made him an incredibly versatile videographer.
