The Friedhof building is currently celebrating its centennial anniversary! This building boasts historic beauty around every corner, and has been maintained to retain its classic, and original charm. Theodore Friedhof, the buildings’ namesake, constructed the structure to serve Columbus as a dry goods retailer in 1918. The craft of architecture and carpentry in construction during that particular era was bar none the best in quality, and style. The renovation and restoration of this space was performed with care to pay homage to the integrity of the style with this particular vintage of building.

I am a fine art wedding photographer and wedding planner, wife, and mother to our three sweet babies! I first fell in love with photography at an early age. I have studied fine art photography long before I ever started taking portraits of other people and shooting weddings. Fine art photography was my beginning, creating conceptual and authentic art that spoke to me and told my story was what I started with and then I started blurring that line between fine art and documentary. I started documenting other people and their lives in the same way that I created my own work intended for shows and galleries. That is how I came to the style that I shoot now, still blending the two parts of my life.
