Babka Bailout began as a way to help a friend struggling to make rent and feed her family during the pandemic. When founder/owner Michal Prevor learned about a fellow mom’s desperation, she immediately opened her heart, rolled up her sleeves and began baking towards a brighter future. Michal’s “babka fundraiser” facebook post quickly covered her friend Carmen’s expenses and soon evolved into Babka Bailout - a booming babka business committed to changing the world one babka at a time.

I am also a recording artist and have produced six CDs as the Dave Wilson Quartet, which have received national airplay and been reviewed favorably in major publications.
