Dan Roman began his interest in DJing at the age of 13 after seeing his older brother rocking parties and making mixed tapes for friends and family. Eventually getting his hands on mixed matched turntables, a very very old two channel mixer, a few 12" vinyl records he practiced along side a group of friends that had the same interest in DJing. Practice was a daily occurrence for Dan and his friends until the confidence of DJing parties was developed.

Have you ever had a late night craving but didn’t want to hate yourself in the morning? Have you ever thought to yourself, “why can’t there be a food that’s tasty, satisfying and healthy ”? My philosophy in life is why can’t I eat what I want and still feel good about what I put in my body. In the Spring of 2013, I had a craving, an idea to make myself a crepe, made from only the best ingredients: whole grain wheat, buckwheat, and fresh fruit, topped with a slight indulgence of Nutella. After a few tweaks to make it my own, I had the perfect recipe and the perfect taste!
