As you all already know Sassy Cakes has been my dream since I was a little girl standing on a stool in my granny's kitchen, covered in flour. My granny instilled in me the importance and value of making everything fresh, using fresh ingredients. She always said, "Stephanie Lynne, there are some things you just don't cut corners on." That's why I pride myself on the fact that every cake that leaves my bakery, is baked fresh the day before and decorated the morning it's delivered.
