Hi! I'm Phil Hennenfent; owner, chief smoker, and caterer here at Henn House Barbeque. In 2012 I won a smoker through a radio contest, started smoking ribs for competitions and for friends, and soon after Henn House Barbeque was born. My wife and I both grew up in the community and have stayed here serving as volunteer EMT's in our small town. When we aren't catering we love to be outdoors on the lake in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. I love working with couples, helping them to make their wedding stress-free and fun!

Over 20 years in the industry has culminated into my vision of the perfect food truck catering services. So many couples have requested something "different" or "unique", instead of the standard menus and desserts. Bliss has perfected the unique approach to event catering by combining top tier menu offerings, professional service and amazing desserts and appetizer options, all designed to match your theme, venue or colors. Whether served buffet style, plated service or directly off the beautiful food truck, we promise to make your day delectable and memorable.

Catering doesn’t have to be boring, and it shouldn’t be. Business owner Brian Reilly used this philosophy to create something different; a company that takes a fresh approach to the often stale catering market. Relying on skills honed in over 20 years of management, hospitality and special event services, Reilly set out to create a fusion of fresh and interesting foods with artistic and engaging displays. The result was Cured Catering.

I believe that food should be flavorful and delicious! For your special day I want your guest to love the food, but also incorporate the hosts style as well. With NTTS, I help make a custom menu that caters to everyone!

Jam Rohr is the owner of Radish Kitchen as well as Black Dog Metal Arts in Peoria, IL. She is a sculptor and a chef, who's goal is to make vegan eating approachable, accessible, and available to the Heart of Illinois
