After presenting twelve seasons of emotionally evocative performances to local and international audiences and cultivating a love of dance in thousands of students, Collage Dance remains at the national forefront of inspiring the growth and diversity of ballet. Collage Dance’s founders established the professional dance company in New York City in 2006 in response to the ballet industry’s lack of racial diversity on stage. In 2009, after moving to Memphis, Tennessee, Collage opened its dance conservatory to expand access to classical training to communities of color and prepare them for collegial and professional dance appointments. Collage’s professional dancers serve as role models and cultural ambassadors for the city of Memphis while Collage’s conservatory programs provide a multitude of ways for our community to engage with the fine arts.

Serving the Memphis community since 2018, Memphis Makeup Artists is the first bridal agency in the city with a team of licensed stylists and makeup artists. We saw a need for brides to be able to find beauty professionals they could trust and depend on for their very special day.

Lucy J’s Bakery kneads hope by baking with a mission! Offering delicious breads, croissants, cookies, and even special event cakes, we bake everything from scratch in the shop at Crosstown Concourse. Our belief is that all people should be able to earn a living wage and support their families. For 7 years, we have primarily made celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. As the retail store became more and more of a reality, we expanded into croissants, danishes, breads, pies, and lots of other delicious treats.

I love to have fun and I put 110% into everything I do. I’m outgoing, talkative, silly, a little sarcastic…but most importantly I’m a mother. I LOVE photography and I got into it after having our first daughter. Like most new parents I wanted to capture everything she did. It became an obsession for me to perfect my photography, partly because I like to be the best at whatever I do and also because I wanted to have amazing pictures of my girls!
