Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. We have 2 bars, and 38 outside tables. Our front patio has a large stone gas fireplace and our back patio overlooks the pond.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

Timeless Charm Weddings is set on 83 beautifully wooded acres in Southwest Ohio, a short drive from Dayton or Cincinnati. We have many unique sites including a swinging bridge, beautiful waterfall, magnificent stream, natural spring fed pond with fountain, and a majestic forest canopy. You can say your “I dos” at one of two amphitheaters, or in our charming open-air chapel. The Grand Lodge boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace, chandeliers, and a beautiful wood and stone interior. Outside you’ll find a covered pavilion perfect for cocktail hour and a relaxing firepit as your day winds down. Our open-air Waterfront Veranda is perfect for couples who wish to remain immersed in an outdoor, intimate setting. Illuminated by elegant lighting, your celebration will continue at the dockside bar with stunning views overlooking the water. The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the perfect rural setting for a wedding, special event or weekend get-a-way to enjoy the country. It is is a wonderful location for people to celebrate, learn, and explore.

My Old Kentucky Barn is a new venue in an old tobacco barn. The 1800’s barn is situated on over 50 acres on Main Street in Williamstown, Kentucky. Our owner John grew up in Williamstown and, along with his brother Mike, spent a lot of time painting the white board fence and planting Canna bulbs in the spring. John is only the fourth owner of the property in 180 years. The Webb Family were the longest running owners. In fact, they donated land from the property to form Webb Park to the south. John and Edna Risen purchased the property in 1976 and sold it to John over 15 years ago. There is so much history here and we are excited that others can now enjoy the barn. Even though the outside of the barn looks new, all of the old detail is still there on the inside. We know that brides and grooms will make great memories here with their families. It will also be the perfect venue for milestone birthday parties, reunions and other memorable events.
