Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Lucy J’s Bakery kneads hope by baking with a mission! Offering delicious breads, croissants, cookies, and even special event cakes, we bake everything from scratch in the shop at Crosstown Concourse. Our belief is that all people should be able to earn a living wage and support their families. For 7 years, we have primarily made celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. As the retail store became more and more of a reality, we expanded into croissants, danishes, breads, pies, and lots of other delicious treats.
