Hi, I’m Meg! I’ve been an small business owner & entrepreneur for 8 years and co-owner of Foliage since 2019. I’m coffee obsessed, currently binge-watching something on Netflix or listening to Maximum Fun Network podcasts while working. I think that getting to work with fresh flowers, from down the road or all over the world, then arranging them into something stunning for customers that will see them and feel emotionally inspired by is a wonderful way to spend my time working in this world. I feel incredibly lucky! Every project is a new, thrilling piece of art. Every client is a chance to find ways to make them smile because of flowers!

We, my husband and I, started Fleurology for the need for a stronger connection with clients + the want to spend more time at home. We didn't know what we were in for with Fleurology Designs, but after 10 years in the floral industry (7 of those being with weddings and private events) my husband told me it was now or never to pursue my passions of being a business owner. Fast forward to today, 5.5 years later, we have a personal and customized wedding experience. We even kept a team busy during the pandemic + 3rd year of winning the Revues 2nd place as "Best event planner in West MI". Pushing for the highest of standards for experiences!

From planning her own 2005 wedding, Roxanne discovered her niche...she loved the organization and all the details that came with planning a wedding. In wasn't until 2007, when she helped plan her cousin’s wedding, that she knew she wanted to make use of her skills and passion! Her and her high school best friend put their passion and created what is now known as Details by Design Events. Although Roxanne now runs DBDE on her own, her best friend is never too far away to lend a helping hand! Roxanne is still happily married with two active young ones and a full-time career (it is the Bay Area after all!)!

Nicole Gilbride is a floral designer and sustainably focused flower grower at Beholden Blooms in Woodford County, KY. She has been designing weddings, events, and specialty arrangements for family and friends for many years, and took the plunge in 2020 to establish her own floral business. Beholden Blooms provides a personalized flower experience that leverages locally grown and finely sourced blooms from across the US and the globe to provide exquisite designs that elevate her clients’ weddings and events. She primarily services clients in Kentucky, but also provides travel services.
