Growing up I saw my grandmother spark magic with brides and grooms, I saw her make holidays magical with her desserts. She sat there--not partaking of her creations, but rather in the atmosphere she engineered. Brides smiled when they saw her cakes, family stayed when she made her desserts, life-long friends were made. I witnessed that. From a young age, I knew I wanted to give others the celebration and feeling my grandmother gave to us. Brides get married. People have birthdays. Anniversaries happen. Friends are made.
