Owner and pastry chef Gina Giampietro is a passionate baker who strives to create cakes that bring joy to newlyweds. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The Culinary Institute of America and has worked in bakeries throughout New York and Ohio.

Each cake is a masterful piece of art. I take one wedding per weekend and your celebration will be my sole focus. Hastings Bake House is an all natural bakery. I do not use seed oils, GMOs or artificial colors. I use organic ingredients as much as possible and bake with pasture raised eggs. Berries are picked fresh from my organic gardens for fillings.
