Because we are appointment-only with no retail shop, your baked goods are made just for YOU. This allows us to have the best possible freshness and eliminates waste from unsold products. All of our decorators are artists in their own right. We are painters, illustrators and sculptors, and we think that makes a big difference in the quality of our cakes. As a one-woman operation, I will be the only person to take you through every step of the wedding cake process- from the intitial tasting and consultation through to the baking and decoration of your cake. I also limit the number of cakes I take per weekend to insure that I can devote the attention needed to every detail. While I do have an extra delivery person available for busy weekends, I am likely to be the person delivering your cake, as well. This model allows me to develop a much more personal relationship with my clients than you may find at larger-scale bakeries.
