Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Zuli Feng and Jeff Clavelle
You are coming to Miami in one the best month of the year! Winter here, you still enjoy a nice walk on a sunny day on the beach with temperature around 70-75 F•. Home to an array of cultures, Miami is the place to see Art deco design, dance the night away to Latin rhythms, snap photos of pink flamingos and relax on legendary beaches. If you are feeling more adventurous, rent a boat to go to the Everglades and catch a glimpse of an alligator or manatee. Below you will find some recommendations of what you could do here depending on where you will stay. If you have any other questions regarding any specific place, please feel free to contact us :)
Wynwood Walls

Wynwood Walls

2520 Northwest 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33127
, (305) 531-4411

Miami is known for its art. Wynwood is an area where art speaks through itself. There are 1000 different graffiti murals, multiple places to have a quick bite (food trucks and street food) and awesome breweries.

Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove

Miami, FL

Coconut Grove is a place where you can find an event every weekend, ranging from festivals of all kinds to food- and liquor-tastings! In this area, you can find great restaurants, unique boutiques and a bay where you can go kayaking, jet skiing and even renting a boat. This area is super close to where we live, for people that want to spend a few days in Miami and get to know Miami a little bit more. We highly recommend you stay around Coconut Grove or Coral Gables because you will be in the center of everything!

Miami Beach

Miami Beach

Miami Beach, FL

If you are coming to get a full Miami experience, Miami Beach has to be on your bucket list! Beautiful beaches, great area to walk around to shop and enjoy a really good cocktail :)

Florida Keys

Florida Keys

FL

If you are extending your stay in Miami or just want to stay around the venue, Homestead is only 20 minutes away from the star-famous Florida Keys. The best beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, kayaking, paddling, and more. Key Largo is the closest one. We are actually planning to stay a few days there after the wedding and we will so happy if you join us!

Brickell

Brickell

Miami, FL

And of course! The heart of Miami, Brickell grows everyday! The new mall, Brickell City Center, recently opened. You can take the Metromover (it is free), which goes all around Brickell and Downtown Miami while showing you the best views. Brickell is super close to where we live (7 minutes).

Calle Ocho Walk of Fame

Calle Ocho Walk of Fame

Southwest 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135

Little Havana! People say that Miami is like an exotic country for them, and this area is proof of it! Here you can find great Latin American restaurants, cheap, delicious tacos, salsa dancing, and Cuban cigars! This place is also less than a mile away from where we live.

Everglades National Park

Everglades National Park

40001 State Highway 9336, Homestead, FL 33034
, (305) 242-7700

This national park is a must if you decide to stay around Homestead. February is an awesome month to actually go to the Everglades as the weather is great for hiking, air-boating, camping, and more. This park is home to alligators, crocs, and even pythons! You can even find shows and have encounters with them.

Cruise Trip to Bahamas

Cruise Trip to Bahamas

A great suggestion for people who want to stay a few more days is taking a cruise to the Bahamas. The port of Miami is one of cruising’s biggest hubs with seven main terminals and dozen of ships from all of the major cruises lines. Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Norwegian are some of the famous companies.
