Shuttle to/from the Venue

The Shuttle holds 14 people and runs between the Venue and Home2 Suites/Tru Downtown Convention Center hotel. Hotel to Venue #1: leaves at 3:40 pm Hotel to Venue #2: leaves at 4:05 pm Arrival time is between 4:00 - 4:15 pm Between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, the shuttle will be available for anyone that wants to return to the hotel early. At the end of the night, there will be two set times. Venue to Hotel #1: 10:40 pm Venue to Hotel #2: 11:00 pm

Unfortunately, there are no more available rooms at our preferred hotel. We are leaving the hotel and address in this list as a reference for location when finding other accommodations.

Lodging Information

There is a conference in downtown Houston the same weekend of our wedding that is seriously hiking prices in the area. If you're looking for alternate options, we recommend looking for Hotels, Airbnbs, or VRBOs in these areas: Montrose, Midtown, Medical Center, Rice Village, Museum Park.

Flight

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

IAH has the most options for airlines and arrival/departure times. It is usually the cheaper airport to fly in and out of. It’s ~30 minutes from downtown. We fly through IAH regularly.

Flight

William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)

HOU is more limited on airlines and arrival/departure times, but is closer and smaller. It’s ~20 minutes from downtown.

Train

METRO Rail

The Red Line travels North-South between Downtown and the Museum District. The station on Fannin St., in between Binz and Ewing, is only a few minutes walking distance from the wedding venue. To pay for fares, we use the 'Q Ticketing' app. A single ride is $1.50 and a day pass is $3.00.
