What counts as fully vaccinated to attend your wedding?

Answer

Our venue requires that all attendees have either 3 doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or 1 dose of the J&J vaccine plus a Pfizer or Moderna booster.

What type of proof of vaccination do I need to bring?

Answer

Our venue will accept digital vaccine cards, such as the Empire Pass, or your paper copy.

Should I provide Kate and Zac with proof of vaccination prior to the wedding?

Answer

You can email us a copy of your vaccine card to kderosa14@gmail.com if you would like. Our venue is requiring that people bring proof with them the day of but, we are hoping to have emailed copies as backup should you forget yours the day of.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3 pm so please be at the venue and seated by then!

Our dress code is cocktail attire.

You may bring a date ONLY if your invitation is addressed to you and a significant other or "guest".

Our wedding is restricted to individuals 21 years or older.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking on site for all of our guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott in Schenectady. Please see the "travel" page on this website for more information.

Can I check in to the block hotel early?

Answer

Please note you can request early check in with the hotel if needed but, it is not guaranteed. Our coordinator recommends calling the hotel the day of your arrival to confirm early check in will be available.

September 1st! Please RSVP on our website.

Will Kate be changing her last name?

Answer

Nope! Kate will be staying Dr. DeRosa and will not be taking Zac's last name.
