What is the dress code for Groomsmen and Bridesmaids?

Answer

Yanyu has picked out a burgundy dress that she would like the bridesmaids to wear, contact her for the details. The groomsmen will be in a white dress shirt, black slacks, black vest and burgundy ties, shoes are required (no sandals) but color is your choice!

Can we BYOB?

Answer

Unfortunately no, because the venue has an open bar and a liquor license they do not allow outside alcohol. If you would like to bring some to the after-party, feel free!

I didn't see my name in the guest list, what gives?

Answer

We had a pretty big guest list and CJ tried his best to get everyone imported from our contact sheet, but let's be honest, he isn't the best at making lists so he might have missed you. If that's the case, just send him a message and he will get it sorted out!

What are the food options?

Answer

Yanyu and CJ haven't had the food testing yet but as soon as we figure it out we will add a page on the website just for that!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It's Houston, so the weather is pretty wild. In October there is historically a better chance of rain than not, so keep checking here or the weather channel for updates. Last year the temperature was around 60-80 during waking hours with it hitting mid 50's in the late party hours.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! That was part of why we chose the location, their parking lot is pretty huge, but if you don't feel like driving, or you feel like partaking, there will be a shuttle service from the La Quinta on Shadow View Lane.
