The Mohicans (The Grand Barn, Mohican Cabins & Treehouses)

On the same property as the ceremony and reception, there will be a limited number of cabins and treehouses available, first come first serve. These will be held for wedding guests only until July 24, 2020, at which time they will be made available to the public. Follow the link below and it will show a list of the available properties, which will only be available Saturday night.

Mohican Lodge and Conference Center

A block of rooms at a discounted rate has been reserved at this nearby hotel. Please call the reservation line at (419) 938-5411 and reserve a room under the Cass - Wiehe Wedding Room Block. We are hopeful that we will be able to provide a shuttle running to and from this hotel to the venue on the afternoon and night of the wedding. However, it is possible that social distancing requirements may limit our ability to do this. We will update here once we know!

Airbnb

Another great option in the area for those traveling with a larger group is house or cabin rentals. There are many different options available on sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeStay and others throughout the Mohican Forest. Because of the layout of the forest, make sure to check if there is a drive-able route from the cabin to the venue.

A great option to stay for those traveling into Columbus from far away that want to be closer to town for part of their trip. This hotel is just 5 minutes from our apartment, a 2 minute walk from our Welcome Party, and has a great area of bars and restaurants nearby. We have booked a room block for our friends and family at the link below. There have been people who have said they were able to find a better rate on AAA, online or through other websites so also feel free to check out other websites. Also, the hotel has an amazing river view in the fall so consider booking a river room if you have not enjoyed midwest fall colors before!

Another Columbus option that is nearby our apartment and can be friendlier on the wallet.

John Glenn International Airport (Columbus)

Columbus Airport is the closest to the venue and hotel, about an hour from both. Most major airlines fly into this airport with American Airlines and Southwest being two popular airlines.

Akron-Canton Airport

This airport is another good option to look at for flights, often with more options for airlines such as United. It is a bit farther from the airports and about the same distance to the venue as Columbus Airport.

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

This airport is the largest in the region and therefore has more direct flights from the Southern California region. However, it is the furthest from the venue and hotel at about a 90 minute drive to either.
