Shuttle
October 2, 2021 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We’ll provide transportation on Saturday from the Hampton Inn to the wedding venue and back. The trip to Owen Farm is about 45 minutes. If you're not staying at the Hampton or you're not staying at either of these hotels, don't worry! As long as you're at the pickup location on time, you can take the shuttle.
Travel Note
Both Uber and Lyft are readily available in Nashville. At the airport, they pick up at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Lyft picks up in Ride App Zone A, Uber picks up in Ride App Zones B & C. To get to the Ground Transportation Center, exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right. Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs will direct you. If you decide to use one of the apps to get to Owen Farm, keep in mind that while you shouldn't have a problem getting a car from the city to the farm, you'll likely have an issue finding a car to take you back, especially later at night when you're in this more rural area.
Travel Note
Music City has plenty of car/limo services. Here are a few recommendations based on Google and Yelp reviews. Please be sure to review these (or other options) more closely prior to choosing one. - Emerald Luxury Transportation - Go Livery - Concierge Ride TN - Signature Transportation Services
Travel Note
Renting a car is our preferred method for getting around Nashville. But, if you're returning a rental car at the airport and you plan to fill up the tank instead of paying the rental car company's gas price, PLEASE GO TO THE GAS STATION BEFORE YOU GO TO THE AIRPORT. The exit you take may spit you out into the middle of the complex, and it is very difficult to get to a gas station that is supposedly there. We know. We tried. Go to the gas station, then the airport.
Travel Note
If you're driving from the south (downtown Nashville, the hotel blocks, etc.): - However your drive starts, you'll eventually be on TN-12N for about 20 miles, a long winding road that takes you through a couple of towns. When you're about to reach Chapmansboro Road, you'll see a blue sign that says "Owen Farm" with a picture of a barn and an arrow pointing to the next turn you can take. The "0.6" is how much farther you have to drive once you turn. - A little over a half mile later, you'll see a square red sign in a wooden frame that says "Owen Farm Weddings" with another picture of a barn and another arrow. - Once you turned onto the property, you'll see a few more red arrow signs. Follow the one that says "Wedding" and turn right. - You'll see a giant grass parking lot on your left with a flag pole in the distance. - After you park, head toward the gravel path next to the flag pole and a sign that says "Welcome to Owen Farm." That will take you to the ceremony site.
