An Around-the-World Love Story
Emily and Eric met in 2014. Like every couple their age, they found each other on a dating app.
Emily made Eric get a passport shockingly soon after meeting him. Soon, they were going on road trips around the world: New Zealand, Scotland, Norway, Spain, Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon.
They moved in together with their perfect dog Buzz and their wickedly entertaining cat Bullet in 2016. In 2018, they got engaged. Now, three years and one pandemic later, Emily and Eric are thrilled to be getting married at a location that is equally inconvenient for everyone they know.
What brought them together? Fate? Tinder's algorithm? A shared willingness to wander the globe? Historians will spend years debating these questions but what's absolutely clear is that Emily and Eric are perfect for each other. Also, that nothing bonds a couple like yelling at each other about how to drive on the left side of the road without swerving into oncoming traffic.
