DIA is the best, most accessible airport. Though it is about a two hour drive from Denver into Estes Park, it's the closest airport, and offers an immense variety of airline and flight options from all over the country. Additionally it's just a fantastic airport (edited later in 2019 to sadly say this fantastic airport is actually under the ugliest construction ever right now), providing a home for one of the most famous conspiracy theories in the country! With a slew of different options, including 2 and 3 bedroom condos or houses, Estes Park Condos offers some fun options if anyone is looking to get a small group together and split up lodging. Many of these offer a private hot tub, and if you've never felt the thin, winter night air on your face while in a hot tub, it might be worth checking out!

Rental Car

RENTAL CAR OPTIONS

DIA works with many national car rental companies with easy accessibility to and from the airport! We recommend renting a car for the two hour drive from DIA to Estes Park. Though the drive does take you into the mountains, traveling to Estes Park is less intimidating than the drive to ski resort destinations. Barring an absolute blizzard, any rental car can manage the drive!

While we recommend renting a car for the most flexibility and convenience, if you would prefer not to chance driving in the winter in Colorado, there is a shuttle that runs everyday from DIA to Estes Park, and back. You can make a reservation on this website and check out the different shuttle times! You can also use our wedding code JNSHUTTLE to receive a 10% discount. https://www.estesparkshuttle.com/ We also have booked the Estes Park Shuttle for the wedding itself. If you would like to shuttle from your lodgings in Estes to Della Terra and back, so that you don't have to worry about driving after drinking, this is for you! We will coordinate this with you and set up a pickup location and schedule for the day of the wedding. It's also good to note that there is no Uber/Lyft services in Estes, which is why we have hired this shuttle!
