We highly recommend browsing through Airbnb or VRBO when considering places to stay. The Catskills is a major vacation hub and almost every home around us is available to rent on Airbnb or VRBO! When searching on Airbnb, we recommend staying in one of the following towns: Woodstock, Phoenicia, Bearsville, West Hurley, Saugerties, Hurley, Boiceville, Mount Tremper, Big Indian, Kingston, Shady, Lake Hill, Shokan, Olivebridge, and Chichester. These are all towns within a 20 minute radius to our venue.

This small boutique hotel is a short walk from Phoenicia's main strip and has a pool to relax and complimentary bikes to help you explore the area. Some rooms have their own bathroom, some have shared bathrooms on the property. This hotel is for an off-the-grid experience – none of the rooms have TVs, it's a great place to unplug and unwind!

The Emerson is a fancier option as it is the Catskill's premier resort in the area. Relax with their in-house spa, and see the most amazing view of the mountains around.

This boutique hotel option is only 2 minutes from Bearsville, right on Tinker Street (Woodstock's main street). It is newly renovated and looks absolutely gorgeous!

Twin Gables of Woodstock

This bnb hotel is right on Woodstock's main street, 2 minutes to the venue. Guests should keep in mind that this option is structured like a traditional inn, so you will have to share bathrooms with other guests at the hotel.

Right off of the main street in Woodstock, this brand new hotel is only 3 minutes to Bearsville Theater! It is walkable to stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We sometimes take a walk through the property because it is just so beautiful! $$$

An artfully furnished 14-room inn 25 minutes away from Bearsville, Shandaken has a pool, restaurant and bar. Plus, each room features a little history about the Catskills. If June dates aren't up online yet, give them a call! They book fast.

Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel And Conference Center

Kingston is super cute and 20 mins from Bearsville. No night minimum and no cancelation fee until 72 hours prior. There is no room block, therefore availability is dependent on hotel capacity. Breakfast is also included for guests.

We recommend renting a car (or finding a friend who already has one) and enjoying the scenic drive from any of the airports along the Hudson River to the Catskills. There is so much to do in the region and having a car is the best (and easiest) way to explore.
