Hotel Check-in

All guests are welcome to stay at Hotel Frieden, or make their own lodging arrangements nearby. Lauren and Tyler will reach out to you to confirm stay at Hotel Frieden. While exact costs vary depending on your suite, you can anticipate roughly €220 per couple, per night. Luckily, we'll foot the bill for breakfast, dinner, and drinks all weekend so this should be your only major expense once you arrive in Europe! Once confirming with Lauren and Tyler, no further actions or payment will be required from you until checkout on October 12th! Check-in at the hotel is open to guests any time after 12:00pm on Friday the 9th.

Welcome Night - Oktoberfest!

Attire: Dress Casual / Tracht

While the real "Fest" may end the week before, we figured there's no better way to celebrate your arrival in Europe than to start the party with a party! Break out your finest dirndls, lederhosen, or Dress Casual attire and prepare for a night filled with Pretzels, Schnitzel, Rahmfleckerl, Wursts, German Beer, and of course - Traditional Fest Games like Stein Racing and Flunkyball.

Ceremony

4:00 pm

The ceremony will be taking place in a grassy field overlooking the Austrian Alps, so it may be best to leave the stilettos at home!

Farewell Breakfast
