Torchy's started as a food truck and now has several locations throughout Austin and Texas. A must have includes the Green Chile Queso! Ashley's favorite taco is the Baja Shrimp, and Steven's is the Green Chile Pork.

If the hotel pool isn't what you're looking for, you can check out the Barton Springs natural limestone pool. It has a year round average temperature of 68-70 degrees, so be prepared for a chilly dip! If that's too cold for you, you can enjoy sunning on grassy areas surrounding the pool.
