We will have a shuttle taking guests to the venue from Saint Emilion & back throughout the night but since the van can only fit up to 8 people, we highly recommend you drive yourselves if possible. The roads can get dark at night so if you've been drinking and need a ride home you're allowed to leave your car at the venue and the shuttle can take you home. We just need to give the driver and estimated count so please let us know if you think you'll be utilizing the shuttle service. (Note that this shuttle is smaller than the bus we will use on our actual wedding day)
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The bride & groom want to welcome our guests with a dinner celebration that is just their style- pizza, wine, and looking real snazzy while we have a good time! We ask that you come looking your best and ready to mingle with our other beloved guests. Welcome Dinner Dress Code: “Play Pretend Rich” -- Please see our FAQ page for a full dress code description for inspiration!
3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
We will be hiring a bus to shuttle everyone to the venue for the wedding on the day of the wedding so our guests leaving from Saint Emilion will arrive to the venue at the same time. The bus will arrive in Saint Emilion at 3pm and leave by 3:15pm so please be sure to be on time! Throughout the night we have a smaller van shuttling guests back to Saint Emilion every 30 mins. If you will be utilizing the shuttle services please let us know so we can coordinate appropriately. Please note that the location of pickup might change. We will make sure to inform you if that happens so you can meet at the correct location :)

Black-Tie Recommended: Tuxes and gowns are preferred (no length requirements- whatever you feel best in, ladies!), but not required. For the welcome dinner, you were playing the part. But today, you're show stopping and showing up as your most embodied fashion icon. We want you looking and feeling your best! (Just please no white or Olive green).
Please update your RSVP asap if you: 1- Can no longer attend 2- Changed your mind about your meal selection 3- Have thought of some other fun songs to add to our playlist! We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

No need to be fancy but for our final farewell we ask you do your best to look put together (we understand this might be tough after the long night!). Sundresses and nice shirts recommended.
