What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?
Answer
Guests are welcome to arrive at 3:30pm to the ceremony lawn. We will have welcome drinks available, with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

We're going for Formal-ish! Think schnazzy dresses and suits +/- ties. That said, please keep in mind that weather can be quite variable in Sisters in June

How Do I Get Around?

We recommend booking a rental car while you are here, if possible, in order to easily travel between the airport, BBR, and all of the weekend events! Alternatively, there are a few shuttle options for hire that can take one from RDM airport to BBR (i.e. Redmond Airport Shuttle at 541-480-4040). Ubers can sometimes be available, but finding a drive can at times be tricky and quite expensive. In addition, it is difficult to find Uber services from BBR or Sisters back to the airport (due to lack of drivers). Please keep this in mind when considering transportation for the weekend. Again, we encourage our guests to consider a rental car or a organizing a shuttle service.

Do you have lodging recommendations?

Our wedding will be located at Black Butte Ranch, which is about 15 minutes outside of the small town of Sisters, OR. We recommend staying at BBR in order to be close to all of the action and because Ubers/Lyfts can be hard to come by in the area! BBR has various accommodation options, depending on your group size. The 1-2bd "Lodge Condos" are closest to "The Lodge" where our ceremony and reception will be located. Alternatively, we encourage folks to group-up with friends or family to rent a larger house, many of which are located just a few miles from the Lodge. Most of the accommodation at BBR has 2-3 night minimums. For our wedding guests, we have 10% lodging discount! When you place your reservation, please mention that you are part of the Vlessis-Mowery wedding in order to secure this discount. Can I bring a date?

If you have a plus one, their name (or "guest") will be listed on your invitation as an option when you RSVP.

Although we love your kiddos, this will be an adult-only event. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?
Answer
There is a large parking lot outside of the Lodge at Black Butte Ranch that can accommodate all of our guests. We encourage guests to carpool with family and friends!
Question
Is there transportation to the after party?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle picking up at Black Butte Ranch Lodge around ~10pm and returning around 1am.
