Welcome Party

We'd love to see all our friends and family before the big day itself! We are hosting our welcome party at The Open Door in Sisters, OR. We will be providing some light bites and will be covering drinks for guests for the first hour. After 8:30pm, it will be a cash bar. There is no strict dress policy, but Kate always loves an excuse to dress up. The party will be outside, so bring a light jacket just in case!

Ceremony & Reception

Formal-ish Attire: We're thinking schnazzy dresses and suits +/- ties. That said, please keep in mind that weather can be quite variable in Sisters in June.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be hosted at The Lodge at Black Butte Ranch. The ceremony itself will be on the lawn outside, followed by a cocktail hour on the patio. The reception with dinner and dancing will take place inside the Lodge. We invite guests to arrive starting at 3:30pm, with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:00pm.
After Party

Let the party continue! Since our venue at Black Butte Ranch has an early bed-time, we will be moving the festivities to the Sisters Depot after 10:00pm. We will have a large charter bus picking us all up at Black Butte Ranch Lodge around ~10pm. It is about a 15 minute drive to the after-party, which is held at the Sisters Depot. If you do choose to drive to the after-party, please be safe and also carpool. At this time, we are planning on having the bus take folks BACK to the Lodge at Black Butte Ranch from Sisters Depot at the end of the night at two available intervals: one bus will depart Sisters Depot ~12:30pm, the final one around 1:00-1:15pm. Please note, the bus can only drop off at the Lodge. There will be a cash bar, but we will provide late night bites!

Goodbye Send-Off!

We are welcoming guests to stop by the Lakeside Bistro at Black Butte Ranch to hangout with us a wee bit longer and say some goodbyes before leaving! We will both be posted up there starting at 10:00am. Unfortunately, silly rules got in the way of us hosting a brunch at one of our rental houses, but the Lakeside Bistro has coffees, pastries, and breakfast available for purchase.
