Victoria's favourite Christmas market. Peruse the stalls and grab any last-minute Christmas gifts, or a boozy hot chocolate and a hot fresh Stroopwafel to snack on while walking.
Ice Skating in Bryant Park
A true New York holiday excursion, ice skating in Bryant Park is equal parts fun and charming. Go skating, and finish with dinner at one of the nearby midtown restaurants.
South Street Seaport
Featured in the second half of our engagement photos! Filled with restaurants, bars, and shops, the South Street Seaport is a far cry from the crush of midtown manhattan and Soho, but has all the appeal. Close to the subway, and near the Brooklyn Bridge for easy access across the river.
Stone Street
Where Keith took Victoria the night he proposed, Stone Street (located in NYC's Financial District) is a single cobblestone alley packed with pubs, speakeasies, pizzerias, and more. Victoria and Keith recommend making an evening of walking around the Seaport, and then walking down to Stone Street for dinner and cocktails.
Ten Ichi Ramen
This is the best ramen in New York. Full stop. Located in Victoria's old neighbourhood of Carrol Gardens, stop by for a warming, hearty bowl of their signature "Ten Ichi" ramen, followed by a stroll down the shops of Smith Street. Carroll Gardens is a beautiful, quintessential Brooklyn neighbourhood that is often used to film movies and TV shows–get your star spotters out!
One World Observatory
If you're not afraid of heights, and fancy a look at unparalleled panoramic views of New York City, Jersey City, and Brooklyn, buy tickets for the One World Observatory. After taking in the views, you can retreat from the edge and finish off your night with a drink at the bar.
Montauk

Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve
Located on the North Shore of Long Island, Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve is a beautiful location for winter walks and bird watching. Spend a few hours walking and hiking, then finish with a cozy hot chocolate in nearby Huntington Village.

Every year during the holidays, Huntington Village comes alive with Christmas decorations and holiday shoppers. Visit Wall Street to see the Christmas Lights show (on every night) and eat dinner at one of the local restaurants.
