Flight
We recommend out-of-town guests fly into Charleston International Airport (CHS). The airport is a ~25-minute drive from downtown. Ubers are easily accessible, but rental cars are available if you so choose. The next closest airports are Columbia (CAE)- 1hr 45 min away, Myrtle Beach (MYR)- 2 hrs away and Hilton Head Island (HHH)- 2 hrs away.
Travel Note
If you plan on driving, please note that some roads in the Southeast may still need repair from Hurricane Helene, which could cause delays. We recommend checking your route ahead of departure to adjust accordingly.
Shuttle

It's our pleasure to provide our guests with transportation to and from our wedding. The schedule is as follows: TO WEDDING Shuttles will depart Ryder Hotel (downtown) at 3:15 p.m. Shuttles will depart Cambria Hotel Charleston Riverview (West Ashley) at 3:15 p.m. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before departure. If you are staying elsewhere downtown, you can easily Uber (or bike taxi- see “Getting Around Town” below) to the bus pickup at the Ryder Hotel, which is centrally located at 237 Meeting St. Additionally, there is a pay-to-park lot that consistently has spaces open across from the Ryder Hotel where you may park your car and hop on the bus. Overnight parking is permitted :). If you are not staying at the Cambria, but pick up from that location makes sense for you, there is parking available at the hotel. LEAVING WEDDING Buses will leave between 10-10:30 p.m., with drop-offs at the Cambria Hotel Charleston Riverview and the Ryder Hotel. The bride and groom plan to keep the party going at Little Palm Bar (in the Ryder Hotel), so those who are are interesting in joining should get off at that stop. You're welcome to bring a bevy for the ride there and/or back, though no glass is allowed on the bus. There is parking available at the venue, so guests may drive themselves if they prefer; however, we would like to note that the venue is about 30 minutes from downtown, with about a third of the drive comprised of tight country roads with limited street lights. We want our guests to be able to enjoy themselves fully and still get home safely. If you plan on drinking, we highly recommend taking group transportation. Ubers will be hard to access from our venue and likely be on the pricey side. If you plan on driving, the entrance can be easy to miss, but there is a sign that says Runnymede. Slow down after you pass Magnolia Plantation and the entrance will be on your right (coming from downtown).
Travel Note
While Ubers are plentiful, a fun way to get around downtown is via bike taxis! Just give them a call 10-15 minutes before you intend on traveling and they will come pick you up. Standard cost is $10 per passenger per 10 minutes. Each pedicab can hold 2-3 people. Most accept payment via cash or Venmo.
