We want to make sure you feel comfortable relaxing and consuming alcohol (if wanted), without worrying about driving home or back to your hotel. We have scheduled a complimentary shuttle service from the Monterey Marriott hotel in downtown Monterey to our venue and back. From there, you can stay, walk, or take an Uber to your lodgings. Guests are welcome to use this shuttle service, regardless of which hotel you are staying.
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail attire! (Bridesmaids will be in floor length dresses and groomsmen in tuxedo suits). Please refrain from wearing strong cologne or perfume. Kristen has an autoimmune sensitivity and can feel dizzy/experience lung pain around scents. We want to be able to dance, hug, and spend time with you!
Ceremony starts at 5PM! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on the patio of the venue with a view of the hills and sunset. Please bring a light jacket, if needed. Cocktail hour, buffet dinner, open bar, and 80's to today dance vibes will follow the ceremony. Come get goofy, laugh, and celebrate with us while wearing your dancing shoes!
10:00 pm - 10:30 pm
We will have shuttles return you to downtown Monterey after the wedding reception. Shuttle options: First shuttle: 10PM for early nighters. Main shuttle: 11PM after sparkler sendoff and good bye hugs! (Please let us know which shuttle time you would like to take, so we can arrange enough seats for everyone.)
