Bride
Sarah grew up in Chesapeake and graduated from Western Branch High School in 2014. She's always been deeply involved in her church at Believers and feels incredibly blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing church family. Sarah left the area for a few years to attend James Madison University, where she earned her degree in Business Marketing in 2019. After graduation, she moved back to Norfolk — a big-time family girl and couldn’t imagine being too far from her loved ones (or the beach!). For the past seven years, she has been working at Ferguson in the HVAC division while also growing her side gig, Sarbear Dog Care LLC - a mobile overnight dog sitting business. In her free time, she loves hiking, camping, exploring breweries and coffee shops, traveling, and soaking up every moment with her niece, Esther, and her nephew, Trenton. She still can’t believe she was lucky enough to find someone who enjoys all the same things as she does.

Maid of Honor
Katie walked into my life in sixth grade, and since then she has been like the sister I never had. She’s always up for anything—even if it means me dragging her to run races or to sunbathe at the beach, where she will almost certainly get burned. She has joined us on countless family vacations to Myrtle Beach, where our competitive spirits truly come out—whether on the putt-putt course or during game nights at home. We’ve seen each other through it all: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Katie’s goofiness and encouraging spirit can light up any room, and her loyal friendship is truly unmatched. Now Katie lives in Vassalboro, Maine, where she has built an incredible life. Although the distance between us—spanning miles and multiple states—is bittersweet, it has never come between our friendship. I now cherish our scheduled phone calls, where we can spend hours catching up like no time has passed at all. Nearly 20 years of friendship and counting—I couldn’t be more grateful to have her standing by my side as my Maid of Honor.
Best Man
A proud Christ Follower, Dad, Husband, & Business Owner. One of Tyler's longest best friends since the 8th grade, whom Tyler considers a true brother. Austin is also Tyler's Broker in his real estate career and has mentored him to become a successful Realtor. Austin has provided Tyler with many opportunities in his life that have benefited him and his family, and has always supported them as if they were his own family. Tyler is extremely grateful for Austin's friendship & brotherhood, and it was a no-brainer to ask Austin to be his Best Man for their wedding. Tyler & Austin get to share another common ground: being each other's Best Man at their weddings, which not many other men get to experience. This adds a valuable experience to Tyler & Sarah's special day. Tyler is proud to have Austin as his Best Man.
Matron of Honor
Bailey welcomed me as her roommate during my junior year at JMU. Our shared love for hiking, breweries, traveling, and Bachelor Mondays instantly connected us. We went from complete strangers to bonding right away, feeling as if we had known each other our whole lives. Bailey has a special way of making everyone feel welcome and included. One memory that especially stands out is when I ding-dong-ditched our next-door neighbor because we needed an extra person for game night. Long story short, he ended up coming over—and Bailey found her soulmate, whom she is now happily married to. I’m so grateful for the friendship the three of us have built over the years, and for Jack allowing me to third-wheel for such a long time. I don’t think they ever thought I would find the right one! From college to now, it has been such a gift to watch her life flourish. Her love for the Lord, her family, and anyone who walks into her life is truly admirable. I couldn’t be more grateful to have her standing by my side as my matron of honor.
Groomsman
A proud Suffolk Firefighter, Father, and Husband. Tyler's longest best friend in the friend group. Tyler and Brandon's friendship stretches back to middle school football at Corporate Landing Middle School. Life might have gotten in the way between Tyler & Brandon towards the end of high school and through after college, but the two reunited and got back together as if nothing ever got in the way between them. Brandon has supported Tyler through the ups and downs throughout life. Brandon always had Tyler's back when he needed support and always stood up for him when others were against him. Tyler deeply appreciates having Brandon by his side and is honored to also be one of his groomsmen at his wedding.
Bridesmaid
If you know Sarah Stuart… yes, that Sarah Stuart… then you know how special she is. And yes, for those keeping track, there are currently two of us. We’ve proudly shared the exact same name for years, which has caused plenty of confusion, laughs, and the occasional mix-up. Sarah loves the Lord with her whole heart, and it shows in everything she does. Her faith guides the way she loves her family, raises her children, and supports my brother so faithfully. She is the most devoted wife and the most incredible mother. Watching her build a home centered on faith, kindness, and laughter has been such a gift. I am so incredibly grateful that my brother found a wife who I can now call a friend and a sister of mine. Our shared love for country music, good food and eats, and long chats has built this friendship of ours. Our family is beyond blessed to have her. While I may be retiring from the Sarah Stuart club, I couldn’t be happier to have shared the name with someone as wonderful as her.
Groomsman
A proud Husband & a Hard Worker. Tyler & Donovan's friendship began in 2016 from Austin's invitation to come to Donovan's Halloween party at his old house in Portsmouth, VA. Donovan made a challenge to Tyler, in which Tyler succeeded and impressed Donovan very much, which then led Donovan to want to befriend Tyler. Tyler can always count on Donovan to have a good time and be a partner in crime. Tyler values Donovan's friendship by having open, honest, transparent, and mutually respected conversations, and truly feels comfortable opening up to him, having deeper discussions. Donovan keeps it real & authentic with Tyler, which Tyler truly appreciates and needs a friend like that instead of having people telling Tyler the things they think he would want to hear. Donovan is someone that Tyler can always count on, and he is incredibly grateful for Austin connecting them together. Tyler is proud to also call Donovan his best friend.

Laura has always been one of my “cool” older cousins. When she lived in Connecticut, our family would take Christmas trips to visit, and those memories are some of my favorites. I always looked up to her—she had that effortless confidence and fun spirit that made me want to be just like her. Over the years, she has built such an amazing life in Florida, and it’s been so special getting to experience a little piece of it with her. Tyler and I have loved visiting, soaking up the sunshine, and making new memories together—especially celebrating my 30th birthday in Key West with her. It meant the world to ring in such a milestone with someone who has been part of my life for so long. No matter the miles between us, Laura will always be the cousin I admired growing up—and now, the friend I’m so grateful to celebrate alongside today.
Groomsman
A proud Husband, Dad, & Navy Sailor. Tyler & Blake's friendship began through a connection from an old mutual friend back when Tyler was in college at Longwood University. Blake would come to visit and party with our college friends. Tyler always thought that at the time, he looked like McLovin from Superbad, so he had to become friends with him. Blake, too, was always down to have some fun, but he was also the cool/level headed realistic guy who made sure everyone was being smart, safe, and realistic. Tyler & Blake's friendship has grown throughout the years from friend-group gatherings and disc golf rounds, which Blake loves to do and initiates the games the most. Tyler is grateful to have someone like Blake in his close circle for the unbiased conversations, support when Tyler needs it, blunt & truthful input when Tyler needs insight, and a disc golf companion! Blake is another best friend that Tyler considers!
