Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! As much as we believe the more the merrier, we are limited to the number of guests that we can invite, as we are having a micro-wedding. We kindly ask that only those whose names are listed on the invitation envelope attend. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We LOVE your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a kid night off and celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be primarily indoors, with the option to step outside to enjoy the fire pits and lawn games. Please pray for good weather and be prepared for either warmer or cooler temperatures. This time of the year is hit or miss.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know as soon as possible. We do have non-meat and non-red meat options.

What are the accommodations?

Answer

We will be in the heart of the Wintergreen area in Nelson County, VA. There are many short-term rental options, such as Airbnb, or you can stay in a hotel room in the Charlottesville area, which is about a 30-minute drive to/from the venue. There will not be any hotel blocking. Please plan responsibly and practice safe driving!
