Flight
The Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH) is the best airport to fly into. Once you land in Lynchburg, everything is just an Uber away. The only downside is that there are typically only five flights departing/arriving in LYH per day and the only airline offered is American Airlines. If you're already planning on renting a car and would like so save money on airfare, flights that land in Roanoke (ROA) or Charlottesville (CHO) will sometimes be cheaper. Roanoke is an hour drive from Lynchburg and Charlottesville is an hour and a half. Another benefit is that both ROA and CHO offer additional airline options like Delta and United.
House Or Rental
Because our wedding ceremony is in Downtown Lynchburg and our reception is 25 minutes away in Bedford, an Airbnb rental in any Lynchburg neighborhood will most likely plant you right in between the two venues. The Homewood Suites sits adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn, where we have another 10-room reservation. For those of you that would like a more luxurious hotel experience, this is for you.
