How do I reserve a room at Copal Tree Lodge?

Answer

We have went ahead and reserved the entire lodge for the wedding event from November 14 - 17, 2019. If you received a save the date, you are on the guest list! To confirm and reserve your spot, we will need you to place a deposit in the next 30 days. Deposits can be placed by sending a check to Tom, please call us for details. Your spot will not be reserved unless we receive your deposit in advance! Remaining balance will not be due until this summer/fall.

When should I book my flights?

Answer

We are recommending that everyone places their deposits first before booking their flights, but once you have done that you can book your itinerary. Please call Tom or Katie if you need help booking your domestic flights down to Punta Gorda.

How do I set up activities at Copal Tree Lodge?

Answer

If you would like to set up other activities in advance, please let Tom know and he will arrange them for you prior to arrival. You can check out a list of activities on the lodge's website.

Are kids welcome?

If you do want to bring your kids, please let us know in advance so we can make sure there are enough accomodations for everyone.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Rehearsal dinner will be pretty casual, so throw on a dress or skirt and top, a button up shirt and pants/shorts and call it good! Wedding attire we are asking that everyone wears what you are comfortable in but overall semi formal. It'll be fairly warm so no need for a long gown or a formal three piece suit.
