The Greenville area in Green County NY is small and rural. We recommend booking an Airbnb close to the venue. ***NOTE: THERE ARE TWO GREENVILLES IN NY*** Our venue is in GREENE COUNTY in UPSTATE NEW YORK near the Hudson River. Be sure you DO NOT BOOK THE GREENVILLE THAT IS IN ORANGE COUNTY NY.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Coxsackie, an IHG Hotel

The Holiday Inn is ~20 minutes from the venue. For those taking the shuttle, please be ready for the bus to depart the Holiday Inn by ~515PM. The bus will be making a 1st stop at the Newbury and then picking up guests here before dropping everyone at the venue prior to the 6PM ceremony.

For those taking the shuttle, please be ready for the bus to depart Newbury by ~5PM. The bus will make a 2nd stop at the Holiday Inn before transporting the full bus to the venue prior to the 6PM ceremony.

There is limited parking at the venue which will be reserved for family and the wedding party. Coxsackie Transport will shuttle guests from the James Newbury Hotel and the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Coxsackie. The shuttle will depart the James Newbury first at ~5PM, make 1 stop at the Holiday inn at ~515PM, and drop guests off at the venue prior to the 6PM ceremony. There will be two return trips, one at 11PM after the reception, and another at 1AM for any guests staying for the after party.
