The Greenville area in Green County NY is small and rural. We recommend booking an Airbnb close to the venue. ***NOTE: THERE ARE TWO GREENVILLES IN NY*** Our venue is in GREENE COUNTY in UPSTATE NEW YORK near the Hudson River. Be sure you DO NOT BOOK THE GREENVILLE THAT IS IN ORANGE COUNTY NY.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Coxsackie, an IHG Hotel

The Holiday Inn is ~20 minutes from the venue. For those taking the shuttle, please be ready for the bus to depart the Holiday Inn by ~515PM. The bus will be making a 1st stop at the James Newbury Hotel and then picking up guests here before dropping everyone at the venue prior to the 6PM ceremony.

For those taking the shuttle, please be ready for the bus to depart Newbury by ~5PM. The bus will make a 2nd stop at the Holiday Inn before transporting the full bus to the venue prior to the 6PM ceremony.

Given the limited parking across the street from the venue (see below), Coxsackie Transport will shuttle guests from the James Newbury Hotel and the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Coxsackie. 5PM: Shuttle Departs the James Newbury Hotel 515PM: Shuttle Departs the Holiday Inn Express 545PM: Shuttle Drops guests at The Woodhouse Lodge for the ceremony 11PM: Shuttle Departs Woodhouse after the end of the Reception with stops at both the Holiday Inn Express and the James Newbury Hotel

Venue Parking - Island Green Resort & Golf Club

If you are staying at or near one of the hotels, we strongly encourage you to take the shuttle. For those driving or with a DD for the evening, there will be 20 parking spaces (carpool carpool carpool) directly across the street from the venue at the Island Green Resort & Golf Club. It is a 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site, so please arrive to park no later than 545PM to ensure ample time to find your way to your seats at Woodhouse for the 6PM ceremony. NOTE: There is NO parking at the venue itself. These spaces are reserved solely for guests staying on the property overnight, so if driving, only park at Island Green. Thanks!
