This sibling rivalry began before birth with in-womb fights consisting of kicking each other in the head. Fortunately, no chairs were brought into the ring and they both made it out in one piece. However, Hannah beat Sarrah out for the eldest child title by two minutes. Sarrah continues to live up to her own title of the “big little” sister through their immense shared love of Harry Potter, being taller than Hannah their entire lives, and being the tomboy of the family.

First meeting as Billy’s “big” in Delta Sigma Pi, Travis not only helped Billy acclimate into Illinois State’s College of Business but also brought him into the elite class of those who can consume an entire case of Busch Lite in a single sitting.

Alex was actually Hannah's first-ever director. Each holiday was accompanied by a new script from magical elves to trotting turkey. These cousins always put on a show! Alex is the party planner of the family and always is sure to cover the jello shots for all cousin's parties! Her plans keep everyone together!

One of Billy’s oldest friends, a friendship that began in Ms. Ciszewski’s freshman English class at LP and lasted into adulthood has certainly seen its share of interesting moments; moments that were often capped off with quotes such as, “well that sure escalated quickly” or “I don’t think we’ll be welcome back there anytime soon”.

Isabela, or Miss-a-bela, joined Hannah’s “framily” in second grade when she transferred to St. Mary’s. She has kept Hannah “foxy” since high school with her fashion advice and continued friendship. Iz and Mama B always bring wine and a good time!

Yes, THE Frank Busch. Billy’s Delta Sigma Pi pledge brother, long time friend, and lover of America. Buckle up - it’s going to be a fun time.

Kara was one of Hannah’s roommates in college and sorority. Kara also introduce Hannah to the wonders and power of white noise machines, yes it did make her sleep through class once! These two ladies bonded over their love of dance, painting, and sparkles!

Although he’s frequently mistaken for Hannah’s age, Hunter is Hannah’s youngest brother. Billy, via Hannah, introduced Hunter to American Crew forming cream and the two bond over their love of their hair, watches, and sunglasses.

Kelly introduced Hannah to camp life and the wonders of the North Woods. She was Hannah’s little in their sorority; the two of them had many nights running around ISU, usually ending up at Maggie’s, and a bunch of photo shoots (even some of the fridge!)
Mack Spohnholtz

Hannah’s oldest, younger brother, Mack, fosters the Spohnholtz family’s love (obsession) of the Harry Potter series. He and Hannah quiz each other on Harry Potter trivia and stay fresh through Harry Potter audiobooks. He’s in the Navy. Wait.... now it’s Marine Aviation!

Lauren has a history of tormenting Billy’s previous girlfriends, luckily for Hannah this was not the case! You can find Hannah and Lauren lounging on the back porch sipping alkaline water, planning fantastic future family getaways, or on amazon researching natural cleaning products.

Billy’s Delta Sigma Pi pledge brother, Matt and Billy are often mistaken for actual brothers not only as a result of their similar looks, but also due to the fact that they’re often thinking the same thing; especially in awkward or inappropriate circumstances. “You got room for two guys and a tree?”

Hannah’s younger cousin who orchestrated a multitude of cousin sleepover and movie nights. Crepes, pools, parties and puppies were all the rage. A wedding couldn’t be complete without a little bit of each.

Micakers! Hannah’s best friend (and biggest fan attending almost every single one of Hannah’s shows) was quickly integrated into the Spohnholtz clan! From country music concerts to deep breathing exercises on tiny planes to Nicaragua, Kay has always been there no matter what!

Father of the Bride
They say a girl marries her father, this is no exception. Not only do Billy and TJ bond over their shared love of insurance and “EXTRA” dirty, blue cheese olive Kettle One martinis, but they also share a similar “suburban dad” fashion-sense with matching outfits at times. TJ is also a dad joke extraordinaire and one of his main goals as a father was to get one of his children to say, “Dad! You’re ruining my life!”
