If you get to Lake Tahoe early on Thursday, join us for happy hour at AleWorX! We thought this would be a perfect way to kick off the weekend. AlexWorX is known for their wood-fired pizza , craft beer from their self-serve tap wall, and outdoor patio/live music. Definitely a place to check out. We will get there around 4pm and stay for a few hours.

Welcome Event

For those of you who arrive to Lake Tahoe on Friday, please join us for our Welcome Party! Beer and wine will be served, along with some BBQ from one of our favorite local spots--Fox & Hound. We will also have the grooms cake that Rand designed. The Idle Hour is a hidden gem with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Our event will be on the first floor and you will need to take the elevator down. Don't worry, we will have signs to make it easy for you to find. Parking is limited so we do recommend ubering or carpooling. All of our events are within a 5 mile radius of Bally's/Edgewood. Feel free to come and go as you please. The event starts at 4:30pm and will end around 7:30pm. Should be a perfect time to watch the sunset on the water. Kids are welcome!

Ceremony

Our wedding ceremony will be at St. Theresa's Catholic Church. There is plenty of parking if you plan on driving. This drive is less than 10 minutes from Edgewood (hotel/reception location) and Bally's (hotel). After the ceremony, we will have a "petal toss send off" outside of the church. Please stick around for a few minutes after the ceremony to join for this. After our send off, we do have a ~90 min break before we all meet at Edgewood for cocktail hour. Please refer to the "FAQ" page for more information regarding what to do on this break.
Reception

Black Tie Formal
If you are staying at Bally's, there will be a shuttle service available for all guests. This shuttle service will be at 4:00pm and 4:15pm. The shuttle will pick up guests at the main entrance. If you are not staying at Edgewood or Bally's, you can either: -Drive to Edgewood (there is valet parking at Edgewood) -Uber to Edgewood -Drive/uber to Bally's Hotel and take shuttle
After Party

For those of you who want to keep the celebration going, we will have an after party at the Opal Lounge inside of Bally's! There will be a shuttle service at the end of the night (~10:15pm) to take guests from Edgewood back to Bally's. We picked this location for our afterparty because it couldn't be more convenient--first floor of the hotel where most of our wedding guests are staying. This is a club and they will be checking ID's at the door. *Ladies get in for free on Saturday night from 10pm-11pm. There is a cover for gentlemen.
