Monterey Regional Airport (MRY)

The closest airport for our wedding is the Monterey Regional Airport. It is a tiny airport but does connect to the major US airports! A very convenient option!

San José Mineta International Airport (SJC)

The San Jose airport is about 60 miles away from the Salinas area. There are more flights available out of this airport as compared to the Monterey airport and the drive is usually not too bad traffic-wise.

This is where the shuttle with pick up and drop off all guests. There are many hotels nearby to suit individual preferences and needs!

Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa

This hotel is in an excellent location, right near Cannery Row (which is close to the aquarium as well). The views from this hotel are gorgeous and you're right on the water. There are also two wonderful restaurants within the hotel. Schooner's is a little more casual of the two and is a Hlavacek family favorite for a fun lunch!

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course

This hotel is in Monterey, close to many of the area's best attractions. It is also located on the oldest golf course west of the Mississippi River; a fun fact for the golf-lovers out there.

Shuttle

Discovery Shuttle

October 4, 2025 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

We will have one large shuttle for guests to use to get from the pick-up location to the venue. We will have two return shuttles, one at 10 PM and a second at 10:30 PM. Please let us know when RSVP-ing if you will need to use the shuttle so we can keep track of the number of passengers. Thanks!
