There is a room block at the Holiday Inn Express reserved for our wedding guests. The reservation code is "Hoben-LePage Wedding" to reserve your room and the rate for the block is $103 before tax. This can be set-up using the online link or by calling over the phone. To use the online link you must enter the dates of your stay first and then the code will populate for our room block. The room block rate is offered between Thursday, March 28 and Monday, April 1, 2024. You MUST reserve your room by March 1, 2024 to receive this reduced wedding block rate. On March 1, 2024, the hotel will release any remaining rooms to the public if they are not reserved by this date and you will run the risk of receiving a higher rate if you book outside of the wedding block after March 1, 2024. If you attempt to book a room BEFORE the above deadline and the room block is full, please contact Luke LePage or Katie Hoben immediately so they can increase the room block with the hotel. * This is the closest hotel to the wedding venue: Lockwood Folly Country Club. There is a room block at the Hampton Inn reserved for our wedding guests. The reservation code is "HLW" or you can call the hotel and use "Hoben LePage Wedding" or "HLW" to reserve your room. To book online using the code (HLW), follow these instructions: 1. Log on to Hilton.com 2. Enter the hotel location (Southport, NC- 4820 Port Loop Road Southeast, Southport, NC 28461) and your desired dates of travel for the wedding 3. Click "Special Rates" and in the "Group Code" section you will enter "HLW" 4. Press enter and all rooms available for booking under the code "HLW" will appear 5. Then, input all of your information to reserve your desired room The room block rate is $139 and is offered between Thursday, March 28 and Monday, April 1, 2024.
